I love creating in every way—music, dance, words. It’s all part of the same pulse. Seeing my work brought to life through @mullikinnick’s choreography felt like a dream. It wasn’t your typical ballet. Watching the brilliant @james_lankford_ and @lilysaito_ move, like they were on the edge of a cloud, each step breathing new life into the lyrics, adding meaning I never imagined. It was raw, honest, like nothing else. To watch a piece of yourself take flight, soar high, and land in the hearts of those watching—that’s something beyond words.

In meditation, you’re not just sitting there drowning in the noise. You step outside, float above it, watch it swirl like smoke rising around you, spinning in its own madness. high up, bird’s eye view, looking down at the mess you make. You’re the observer. And you see the part you play in it all. Sometimes it’s dark, but you need that dark to know the light’s there. Best part, you’re not tangled up in it anymore, you’re leaning in a doorway, watching your mind, wide open, seeing everything but not getting dragged in. There are many doors of perception. The goal is to break free— trust in letting go...
